•Exam 412: Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 Services
•Exam 463: Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012
•Exam 483: Programming in C#
Now you just need 461 and 462 to get your MCSA in addition to one of the exams above. For instance Carl you may want to take 483 instead if would be less of a fight potentially.
I'm thinking about rolling into 462 immediately.

70-462, which is a core requirement on SQL, is an elective for Windows whereas 70-411, which is core requirement for Windows, is an elective for SQL -
