Pass Marks for 70-410 and the books to read

Hi all,
1)I want to know what is the pass marks for Microsoft exams like 70-410,70-411 and 412?
Are these the same pass marks for all Microsoft Exams?
Please let me know the pass marks for the above papers.
2)I have the Sybex book -MCSA Windows Server 2012 Complete Study Guide by William Panek (http://www.flipkart.com/mcsa-windows-server-2012-complete-study-guide-english/p/itmdyyyewtdjfyny?pid=9788126543335&otracker=from-search&srno=t_1&query=panek+server+2012&ref=8c92ed6b-ae25-4160-9a66-549d5dba579d)

I think you need and update book since they server 2012 r2 came out.

Ya I understand that I have to read the book in 2012 r2 but what I meant was does the older book on 2008 by Sybex can help me as a reference? I mean some questions ought to be common in both 2008 and 2012 syllabus?

Personally, I would not study using an outdated textbook. There is bound to be plenty of the same information throughout, but consuming information that may or may not be relevant or factual seems like a dangerous game to play with an already difficult subject matter.
Get a good book. Do it right.

yes I have to agree. Reading older books some times won't work. The best bet is just get yourself a good current book and go from there. try to study 2 different books that's what I'm doing.

I bought installing and configuring windows server 2012 r2 exam ref 70-410 , and mastering windows server 2012 r2 (green one)
The green book is a very large book and a lot of people say it's a good book to study for the exams. I go between books when reading on chapters.

Are you referring to the book "Mastering Windows Server 2012 R2" by Mark Minasi,Kevin Greene,Booth,Butler & 4 others?
In the above book by Minasi there were no questions at the beginning or end of the chapters so that one can review one's knowledge on that chapter. I think there should be review questions at the end of each chapter so as to help people preparing for MCSA exams.
Also there are no exercises at end of each chapter of the book by Minasi.

I think the Microsoft book - "Training Guide: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 R2" by Mitch Tulloch is a good book as well? What is your view on that?

I think there is another book by Pearson Press - "MCSA 70-410 Cert Guide R2: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 (Certification Guide)" by Don Poulton & David Camardella?
