Hello Everyone.
I hope everyone is doing well here.
I'm here because I need some advice.
I am currently attending George Mason University majoring in Applied Information Technology.
starting from my next semester, I would have to choose my concentration. There are total of five concentration in our school for IT program.. Health IT, Network/Telecommunication, Database, information security and web development.
Because I live in D.C area and I have secret clearance, I was going for infosec but I don't know what they do at work. then I was thinking about network/tele because it's more of hands-on type of work.. but again.. I don't know anything about their work. I'm currently applying for internship so that I can get my hands dirty but can you guys put some input here what they do at work.. pros and cons about each concentration fields?
I know this might be another "dumb" noob question but please. give me some good advice..
I appreciate. thank you all.
