VTC offers a RedHat course and you can watch some of the videos free: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) - Exam EX200 Course Online

Infinite Skills just put out a new RedHat course which is probably the most current and you can watch some of the videos free: Red Hat Certified System Administrator - Exam EX200 Training Training Video, RHCSA Online Tutorial

No, I looked them over and the entire course is six hours. I don't see how you cover the material in that short time. I posted here on Solaris, that I used the videos for it. They aren't geared for certification, but they covered the subject. Their Red Hat is 40 hours:

There are plenty of videos all over Youtube. you may want to start with those to get the idea. it's free
