Working on ICND -- Any Advice

For those giving advice on the INTRO earlier, thanks a lot. It was very helpful...
On to the ICND, any tips from anyone? I'm studying Lammale's book again plus the ICND book from Cisco Press by Odom. I've got a router here I can perform some hands on work with as well...Anything else advised to prepare?
Also, what topics could be seen as far as those big sims go -- ACLs, setting up IP addresses, etc. . Could NAT or ISDN be on them or is ISDN now phased out? Anything else anyone could think or so that I can have all bases covered?
