I have a interview for a complaint analyst role which I am really hoping I get considered for a second interview. I have my 12 questions I am ready to ask them, my printed out resume, and my references. Been 1 year since I have interviewed at any call center but I am pretty sure I am ready.

They are going to forward my info to the hiring manager over there. We will see. I have not been working in the IT industry a year and only have 2 years help desk experience. I would not be dealing with any customers at all and this would be a 4-6 month contract IT job. Hopefully the hiring manager over there gives me a second interview.
