some interview questions to ask about this i.t admin role?

Hi,
I have an interview coming up for an i.t administrator role, i will be the only i.t onsite(i think) and will report into the financial controller. I am trying to think of questions to ask and get more info about the role. It seems fairly standard role doesnt it ? what do ye guys think? Im not sure it would offer career progression. what other questions are good to put the feelers out?
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Technical support and maintenance of all business systems including:
- MS Windows 7, XP and Macbook Pro
- Windows Server 2003 / 2008
- MS SQL server
- MS Exchange 2010 & Active Directory
- MS Office 2010
- ERP – Administration & database support
- Back ups
- Anti-virus & firewall support
- Barcode scanners & software
- All other IT systems
Develop and maintain company IT Policies.
Coordination of telecommunications maintenance and upgrades.
Project manage IT upgrades and coordination of outsourced IT projects.
Administration of software licences and hardware architecture.
Any other IT related duties as may be required from time to time.
Attributes, Qualifications & Experience Required
A minimum of 3 + years IT experience gained
within a manufacturing/production environment and including exposure to Systems Architecture, End User Support (ERP and Office systems)
Excellent knowledge of Information Systems & Microsoft Desk Top and Server products.
Excellent knowledge of MS Access & Excel (desirable)
Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V server (desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership skills and a positive attitude
Commitment, drive and ability to work on own initiative

networker050184 Mod Posts: 11,962 ModWhat is the location? Doesn't seem to be a very high level job or require much specialized skill so I'd go somewhere in the 50-60 range without the location info.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made.
