Hello All Friends, i want to ask some thing regarding CCIE Written Exam, After the Passing CCIE Routing and Switching v5 Written Exam i can use the CCIE logo on resume?

No, you can't use it.

Gorebrush and silver145 correct. CCIE written does not give you permission to use the CCIE logo or title. You have to pass both the written and the lab before you can use the title and logo. See the following link, posted by Cisco Learning yesterday, for the full guidelines on logo usage
