Integrated Intel® HD Graphics
11.6" 16:9 IPS HD (1366x76
with Multi-Touch Screen
Will "CISCO Packet Tracer" and "GNS3" softwares work smoothly on it?

Packettrace will work fine. The amount of RAM might be on the low side for big GNS3 topologies, I'm not exactly sure.

If you'll be using GNS3, upgrade the RAM for big topologies. Hmm why not go for a laptop with 2GHz+ clock speed (i3,i5 or i7) and 4GB+ RAM?CCNP R&S | Planning to hit IE R&S or JNCIA or Security path|
