did anyone took an open source scripting/programming certification? I think Ruby, Python, Bash, Go, ...
anyone have Ruby skills? Did you took "Ruby Association Certified Ruby Programmer"?

Never heard of any of those certifications before. I think contributing to an Open Source project and having a portfolio on github is much more useful -

I agree with UnixGuy. Toss the languages on your resume' for keyword purposes, and be prepared to show some work you've done. If you don't have anything to show, find a project you're interested in and contribute.
