Never heard of any of those certifications before. I think contributing to an Open Source project and having a portfolio on github is much more useful

The only cert I know of is Java for programming.

I agree with UnixGuy. Toss the languages on your resume' for keyword purposes, and be prepared to show some work you've done. If you don't have anything to show, find a project you're interested in and contribute.
