Webapp for NOC/SOC turnover logbook
Can anyone recommend a good webapp for a NOC/SOC turnover logbook? Our guys are currently using a MS Word template which is then printed and put in a binder as part of their shift turnover process, and I'd like to bring this in to the modern age...

I've seen a few opensource apps, and a few commercial apps... Not used any myself, but I'd probably look at a web framework (such as Django or Drupal) then add the features I'd like to see.WIP:
