qualifications on resume

Hello All,

I want to thank you in advance for your help and advice regarding my post. was looking for some guidance, I will be getting my first IT job possibly doing some remote desktop management. I would like to impress the human resource management and the facility that will be hiring me with my resume. Based upon your experiences what is the best way to cite your qualifications in the resume for an IT job? I previously put the technology that I know but then changed it to all the core classes I have attended over the course of my college career. I have obtained my associates and going to be getting my bachelors degree.

Remove personal info and post resume and people are usually pretty good on giving you specific pointers
