I failed the CCNA, some questions about the score?

OK, it says on the sheet i got that the pass mark is 849, is this 84.9%? ie is the pass mark 85%?.

I got 800, is that 80%? I think i passed both the simulation questions, so assuming that i did, roughly how many questions would that be to get my mark upto 85%?
