It would be strange to see those duties listed under Help Desk I on a resume and unfortunately and the duties might get looked over because of it. A resume is commonly known as a living document, as soon as I spend a few days or times doing some thing new I immediately add it to my resume before I forget, can edit them out later on when preparing to search for another position. It's much easier than trying to remember when writing a new resume.
