As the year comes to a close, I have met my study for Server 2012 with failure, but not to be expected as I have actually no hands on experience with this OS. Set up a lab, but no real world experience.
I decided early in the year that I was going to tackle Server 2008 and by mid year, I had met failure.
So I then decided to move to Server 2012, and by the end of the year, I have met failure, again.
While, not being a quitter, I am looking to continue my study next year, so I am looking into new resources.
I used MCSA Windows Server 2012 Complete Study Guide: Exams 70-410, 70-411, 70-412, and 70-417
but, I am looking to pick up: MCSA Windows Server 2012 "R2" Complete Study Guide: Exams 70-410, 70-411, 70-412, and 70-417
So, at $65 (us), what I am looking to see as different?? Between 2012 and 2012 R2, as I know the exams will include R2.
Also, can anyone recommend any material for 70-415/416??

I failed 70-642 the first time I took it and barely passed it (with a 700, minimum required score - 700) the second time. Microsoft exams aren't easy and the study materials aren't great, but I know you can get through it just like you got through the Windows 7 and Windows 8 exams!
Good luck!CCIE Security - this one might take a while... -

Two shots at it last year, NO GO, but that was also preparing for 415/416. I think I will just focus on 417 solely. Thanks for the info.
