ronaksoni Member Posts: 5 ■□□□□□□□□□Congrats! I am studying for the 290 and planning to take the exam in just a few days.. on Friday!
I have been using Transcenders and also reading Exam Cram book and also the books that they gave me at the Microsoft classes (2274 and 2275).
I am so nervous as this is my first Microsoft exam , please wish me luck! I have been studying my butt off for this exam for the past month and a half!
Also, are there any SUS related questions on the exam? What about IIS? I don't recall reading anything on IIS in the books or taught in class...
Thanks in advance!

Trailerisf Member Posts: 455You will find alot on SUS and IIS... Ironic enough you need IIS for SUSOn the road to Cisco. Will I hunt it, or will it hunt me?

ronaksoni Member Posts: 5 ■□□□□□□□□□I passed the 70-290 with a score of 838!! I am so happy sooooo happy, i can't believe I passed it! My first try at the test and also my first Microsoft exam! Ahh i am so glad its over with!
I had a LOT of backup questions (about 6), lot of permission questions. Surprisingly, I had NO questions on IIS or SUS.. ! Also a lot of questions on Remote Desktop and Terminal Services !
The simulations had to do with permissions and creating user accounts in AD.. also creating a shared folder on a network and assigning permissions.. not too bad!
