How to find the networks in a summarized address?

Hey Guys

How do I find the networks in a summarized IP address?

I can figure out how to get the summary address for multiple classfull networks. But I cant for the life of me remember how to get the networks that are advertised in a summary address. .. please help lol

contains
10.0.0.0/9
10.128.0.0/9
which contains
10.0.0.0/10
10.64.0.0/10
10.128.0.0/10
10.192.0.0/10
which contains etc etc, like a tree

So any ip with 10.x.x.x and a mask 9 bits or longer can be summarized by 10.0.0.0/8
