I'm not certain if there is a PDF version of his book, I'm unfamiliar with him and his works, but I thought this might be a good $10 investment if you wanted some PDF material to look over at work.

also if watching youtube and/or listening to music isn't against your AUP at work, he provides free videos which might help you use some of that time more efficiently. You can also pay to download the videos, if that would work better at the office.

Unfortunately no, doesn't seem like it. But you can get a Kindle version of the book.

If there's a Kindle version you can use Calibre to convert it to PDF. Good program to organize all your digital books too.

I honestly found his app and his GCGA site more useful than his book.

I use this website to convert .epub to .pdf

You will notice the formatting is a bit off. There are no page margins. But what the heck, it works.
