Starting My Security Consulting Company

I am beginning to formulate a plan to start my own Security Consulting Company within the next 5 years. I really, REALLY enjoy cyber security and just recently did a Risk Assessment along with a VA and PT against a software suite for a company and it was the most fun I have had in my entire professional career.

That being said, for those of you here who have hired outside folks for VA, PT, PCI Compliance, HIPAA Audit, Risk Assessment, NIST 800 SP, ect. What do you find makes someone worth hiring? I have begun to layout a development plan involving OSCP, OSCE, AWE, and AWAE with Offensive Security. I am going to continue to do highly discounted Web App PT's and VA's.

I figure what I have going for me is my experience designing full technology build outs for major buildings and enterprises along with sales and management experience.

Thoughts?
