Another part-time job with rotational on-call for full time job

I have a full time and that will start rotational on-call this month. I had planned on applying for an adjunct position at a community college but I was told that I needed a masters degree to do that (which makes absolutely no sense to me). So now, I can't really hold down a night time/weekend job for more money because of the rotational on-call that we're doing soon. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Donating plasma is out because I hate needles and I'm not sure if nurses actually work at the place.
