I would like to keep the price point around 250 dollars if at all possible

A couple of requirements I am hoping to get

Reliable
SSD (size not important)
Decent Processor
3 GBs of Rams
Play world of tanks

Bonus
some sort of video card if at all possible
Not a huge beast

I really appreciate it

I found a Vizio online but it was 400.00. If I have to stretch to 300 that's fine.

Why does it have to be Windows? You can get a very good chromebook for $250.

Can that play games on line? Such as the world of tanks game? Just curious.

Dave it doesn't have to be Winders. I strike my comments, they use Google Docs.

Picked up a X140 for 300. SSD, i5 processor and 4 gb of DDR3. Great buy.

On the forums they say that WOT runs in Wine.
Otherwise honestly they are great for just needing to surf the net, do school work, basic gaming, battery life (usually), watching movies

It's a really nice machine, the only upgrade was replacing the 7,200 RPM drive with a crucial SSD I had, and honestly it wasn't required. It's a strong machine, it's comparable to a lot of the corporate machines I have used except the disk speed is much faster now since I added the SSD.

The AMD processor that came with the machine is surprisingly strong. I performed a large array formula in Excel and the machine didn't white screen for very long.
