Hi

as far as I am aware, a valid CCNA or CCIE is required before you can take a CCNP. Hope this helps

Afraid not, you need a valid CCNA to sit the CCNP

The only thing you can "skip" is the CCENT by taking ICND 1 and 2 at the same time.

You can take a CCNP exam if you want, but you can't get the certification.
