Is there a way on the Cisco Aironet 1200 to set the password to a word instead of just hex for WEP?

Im affraid not, its not reccomended anyway becuase it paraphrases that are easily cracked.

so if i put a 10 hexadecimal value for the key on the wireless router, the client would also have to use that same 10 hexadecimal value to use the router?
