From what I have seen, no. However, they do tend to have a propensity to list ridiculous requirements in the job description then hire someone that doesn't match the listing. YMMV.

This aligns with my experiences as well. If you can afford it, take one of the WGU IT degree programs; they give you certs + degree and accept a lot of prior college credit (even tech institutes).
