I have been studying for it and I would say you can expect to see - loads and loads. It is the toughest exam I have seen so far.
PKI - the whole lot.
IPSec - manual setups as well as defaults.
GPO - security settings.
CAs - enterprise, stand-alone, root and subordinates.
RRA - security settings and RADIUS, ISA Server, SQL Server settings
It is nothing like CompTIA Security+ which is far easier. All the stuff goes into real minute detail including manual registry edits and command line utilities. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, I have been on it 2 weeks and I would still fail the exam - all other MS exams I have taken have been a week study at most. It is interesting stuff though.
