Nexus Training

I'm looking to jump ship in the next few months, as a position will becoming available. The new job will be heavy on Cisco Nexus, so I wanted to start studying up. I came across a training course called ‘Configuring the Cisco Nexus Data Center’ that’s being held in Colorado. It’s a little short notice, but I was just wondering if anybody attended one of these? Is it worth it? The curriculum looks pretty spot on for what I need to learn for the new job. I really want to get on this Nexus bandwagon and master it.

Do these courses come about more often? I only see the one for the 26th of this month.

Any thoughts?

Do you really need to take an instructer led course? There is plenty of CCNP level DC material out there. I say buy a book or two and watch some training videos. It will be much cheaper than the $5k you will likely spend for that course.

Yup agree with Heero. Cisco documentation is how I got my CCNA years ago. But I guess there is nothing like that hands on feel.
