You need to add some more memory to that machine, you don't have enough to load the IOS you are trying to load. More Memory.

Error : memory requirements exceed available memory
    Memory required : 0x047479B8

    memory requirements exceed available memory

The equipment is telling you what it needs.
Current Lab: 4 C2950 WS, 1 C2950G EI, 3 1841, 2 2503, Various Modules, Parts and Pieces. Dell Power Edge 1850, Dell Power Edge 1950.

You were right. I stopped the firewall and the connection started however, two questions.

    Now I have two files.

    c2600-ipbasek9-mz.124-17 and c2600-adventerprisek9-mz.124-25d

Which one do I transfer through tftp ??

and when i transfer solarwind shows connected but says transmission failed and could not find the file in root folder. it shows the directory but that's where in my pc i saved the file. In c drive tftp root folder.

    Load the file: c2600-ipbasek9-mz.124-17
it is much smaller in size and should fit into the memory you have (and not take as long to copy over).
