What are the Lab Sims on the test?

Maybe I'm just an idiot and am missing the section in the Exam Objectives where they talk about "sims" but Im hearing people talk about them and I have no idea what they are. Can anyone please help with some insight?

I only got one on the test. First question to. and honestly i had no idea what the heck to do, so im sure i got it wrong.
I wouldnt worry IMO and pay attention to everything else. If this was a cisco exam thats completely different

the sim questions are Simulation questions, they provide a real life scenario and setup, and they ask you to solve/fix/point out the issues/etc in them. These questions are always at the front of the exam (first 2-5), and due to the NDA we're unable to disclose exactly what they covered, but they can cover anything within the Exam outline. I find them a nice challenge compared to the multiple choice bulk of the questions.
