Terminal Server suggestions

Hi Everybody,
I am on the hunt for a terminal server for my lab. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am a cisco guy. Should the Term Server be Cisco or does it not make a difference? Does a cisco term server use CDP? Through a console cable? I am trying to keep the cost under $100.

If you don't mind straying away from Cisco, a Digi CM 32 can be had for less then $100 on eBay.

I actually have a Digi CM32 that I am willing to sell. Don't use it much anymore, moved on to more server admin stuff.
