w00t w00t; I got a refund too!

I called up VMUG last week about the new VMUG Advantage only supporting one host, and they guy said he'd find out and get back to me. He personally called me up and told me I brought up a really good question and idea and they made the change to allow 3 hosts!

I don't think it was just me, but it would be neat if it was....

Awesome bud, I've got to get in contact with them in regards to getting access as I received my email, but I didn't receive the one from the partner to be able to download. Not that it is crucial for me to get it though ;)

Do you get ESXi licenses too? or can you use the free ESXi? I have three hosts in my home lab and I am wondering how this will work.
Also, I started working with View 6 and I see Horizon is also included. If anybody has the VMUG EvalExperience, can you share some details?

Follow the link above, and read the first FAQ document - it lists the products.

These are the products listed in the FAQ doc:-

    · VMware vCenter Server Standalone for vSphere 6
    · VMware vSphere with Operations Management Enterprise Plus
    · VMware vCloud Suite
    · VMware vRealize Operations Insight
    · VMware vRealize Operations
    · VMware vRealize Log Insight
    · VMware vRealize Operations for Horizon
    · VMware Horizon Advanced Edition
    · VMware Virtual SAN

ESXi is not listed - does it mean ESXi 365-day eval license is not included ?

    Thanks.

From my understanding you can use the vCloud Suite key and use that for ESXi

I am not sure. Can someone clarify? Probably for everybody the answer is obvious, but not for me. Thank you.

So I have done this: use the vCloud Suite key for some hosts and the VSOM key for other hosts. I think each gave me 6 sockets each or something like that.
    I finally started that blog - www.thomgreene.com

    Thanks everybody, great input!

I have three Dell R410 servers with two CPUs, 4-core per CPU. Are there any limitations regarding CPU and Cores? Could I use this offer for my setup?

vSphere (with or without Operations Management) licenses have always been for ESX/ESXi
