National Caller ID Database

Wondering if anyone knows any tricks to manually updating the national (USA) callerID database. I purchase numbers through a 3rd party service and cannot get some local numbers I have purchased to update caller ID. I have waited months and opened several tickets with my 3rd party service. I have tested the number on multiple carriers including AT&T.... No caller ID. Any advice?
