CAS-001 v.s. CAS-002

I'm planning to take one of these before Sept. I was reading that the CAS-002 is pretty similar to the CAS-001, only difference is they subtracted one module and beefed up the weights on the other modules.

In addition I understand both are available for testing. What are the difference between the two? I prefer the older since there are simply more study materials available.

It replaces the current version (CAS-001) which retires on June 20, 2015.
The CAS-002 exam now has five domains instead of four.
