Does Microsoft give partial credit on their tests? I'm taking it soon and I'm just wondering.

Yeah, I downloaded the exam simulation from Microsoft which showed the kind of questions they have on the test and I thought it said something about credit for any part of the answer that is correct but I took a look at so much stuff yesterday, I could have seen anything -
