Just applied for job. What to expect? Information Systems Technician at hospital

Hey everyone,

Looking for your thoughts. I saw a job listing for "Information Systems Technician" at the hospital where I live. Checked their requirements and I meet/exceed them. Applied!

Just curious if any of you work in the IT department of a hospital. What does your average day look like? Also curious what you think I should expect pay~wise? I've always heard IT in the healthfield pays well. Searched online and according to indeed and glassdoor say salary anywhere from 32k - 53k. Looking to narrow that down a bit, lol.

Below is the job description:
Performs all work and services required to assure the needs of the hospital's Information Technology help desk are met. Builds, modifies, repairs, installs and implements all models of computers, printers and networks. Troubleshoots reported system problems to a dependable completion of the required repair. Provides on site user Q&A session as needed. Provides a high level of expertise when maintaining hospital hardware, software and networks. Researches and orders shop supplies after approval of department director. Provides support in the proper use of standard office software systems. Install network cabling with expert proficiency in CAT 5 cabling techniques. Takes periodic call to facilitate off-hours problems and equipment repairs. Facilitates IT projects and enhancements as directed by IT Operations Manager.

Position is full-time, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with some call requirements. Comprehensive benefit package available.
