Create a custom column in vSphere client

Hello all,
I've been asked if it is possible to create a custom column for our Citrix team in the vSphere 5.5 fat client. They want to be able to click on a folder, choose the Virtual Machines tab, and have a column that shows the last time the VM was restarted. Uptime is not giving them the data they are looking for. Any ideas?
Thanks,
