I have a MTA windows operating system cert.. is this an indicator that I could pass the MCSA 7 despite having no working experience in IT?

MCSA desktop can be achieved without a whole lot of difficulty without experience and it's a great one to have on your resume when you are trying to get into the field. MTA is a much easier test and it really can't be used as an indicator for mcsa. MCSA server could be passed without experience but it would probably be easier when you work with it regularly on a production environment.
