I was just hired as a Sys Admin. I was just looking to see if anyone had any tips or good websites you use for information.

Really anything that can help me understand the IT industry better. I'm already reading up on some the types of technologies I'll be using such as Hyper-V, Sharepoint, RedHat, Exchange, Server 2012. I guess I'm looking for the management/business side of a SysAdmin as well.Working on Linux+ -

In general, I'm a huge fan of Reddit: r/sysadmin and r/networking/. Both subreddits are great resources for general browsing, reading up on IT shenanigans, or to ask questions.
There's also r/talesfromtechsupport/ if you feel like having a laugh.
If you want to seriously get into Red Hat, this is great (though less information, and more a specific tool): Cobbler.
