What Can I expect?

So , I applied for a Job with a great company. The job is in the same capacity as I currently work, just that if hired I would be getting more experience in new technologies than at my present job, also greater room for advancement etc.
I have done three phone interviews with them so far, 1st was with their in house recruiter, next was with a tech, and the third was with two more senior officials. i have had very positive feedback and now comes my question. I have been invited to fly out to their HQ for an onsite interview. For those of you who have done this before, please give me some pointers as to what I can expect, things to avoid etc?

I am thinking you have been invited to fly out to see if you will actually "fit" the company. Basically they are sure you can do the job, but they want to know if you are the right person to work for them. So, I would expect non-technical questions that are meant to show what kind of worker and person you are. I am not sure how to prepare for that so I am going say to expect the unexpected.

If it is one of those trendy IT companies that the kids of today love... this is not spectacular advice. They are not sure you can do the job, they think you might be able to. They will absolutely evaluate the type of person you are, but they will also definitely use technical context for asking those questions. Just be enthusiastic and honest, those 6-8 hour interviews will get to the truth... and dont stress when they repeatedly hit a point where you can no longer keep up with the level of questions... finding your level of ability is the point.
