I call these UserCon's - poor man's VMworld. These are what I got to too and they are great. Network as much as possible, favourite the sessions you want to attend before you go there, have fun!

My work paid for me to go to the Sydney one this year. Was awesome. We are starting to put together for a possible UserCon for Brisbane next year. These are really great. We had Chad Sakac and John Troyer speak. Couldn't have asked for anyone better.
