Got a job working at an NOC! Yay! I think A+ and military experience did it.

Optionstrick000 Member Posts: 89 ■■□□□□□□□□Thanks webmaster! Well it's entry level so I'm gonna get training for whatever they want me to do. I've never been in an NOC environment before so I have very little clue as to what to expect. They did tell me during the interview that part of my job was to monitor the servers and to accept calls from clients.

OptionsWebmaster Admin Posts: 10,292 AdminI think the best thing from working at a NOC is that you will be exposed to a lot of different systems and equipment, and should give a good overview of the bigger picture. Good luck, and enjoy it.
