MCSA 2000 or 2003

I trying to decide which MCSA path to go down, I've done 2000 PRO and Server exams and also the XP exam. Now I need to either complete the 2000 MCSA which is another 2 exams, then look at upgrading to 2003 or go straight to the 2003 track and sit 3 more exams to get this cert.
I use both 2000 and 2003 at work but have a better understanding of 2000 so I'm tempted to go this way but I sat my 2000 exams 2 years ago so would probably need a fair amount of work to get me back up to speed.
What are people's opinions on this?? I think I could get through 218, but 216 looks a tough nut to crack, and I don't use exchange at all so couldn't really use that for an elective.

The upgrade is only one or two exams to get 2003, and if you have passed 216, the knowledge gained id always good to have, even if you may not use all of it right now. It will look good that you have the base software in 2000, and the 2003 certs as well.i remain, he who remains to be....
