Please critique my resume, thanks

I figured it was time to get this resume looked at. I don't get any calls back in the last two months. So I figured this would be one place to start.

-move job dates to the right
-put job title on 1st line
-owner/operator as title seems vague

your resume at quick glance looks like help desk or desktop person.

is that the kind of jobs you looking for?

i'd make it a two page resume.
what are some key projects you have worked in?

2010-2012 Computer Repair Kansas

Owner/Operator

 Upgraded hardware and software for customers

 Installed and performed various repairs to hardware and software

 Installed and designed SOHO networks

 Built PC’s to specification of customer

 Fixed malware and virus problems on customer PC’s

I see that this section already had some past tense in there.

I would also put down the company names you worked for.

@two dogs, yes I am trying to obtain full time work in either help desk or desktop support. What kind of projects would you mean?

How did you make an impact? I can see that you did "stuff" but how did it help the organization? The experience bullets are your chance to show this. Something like "Completed X amount of tickets per month, exceeding the average of Y which lead to Z% increase in productivity"
