I have it and I carry it around everywhere. it's been my go-to reference every time I forget a command. It's great for reviewing topics too. Well worth it at $15.

I carry this around with me, as well. It definitely comes in handy and is small enough to throw in a bag.

I own it an older version, but never used it.
From other people's responses, however, maybe I should.
I don't think it'd be good for learning CCNA topics, but might be good for when you're on the job and need to remember a command and Google isn't available or returning helpful results.

I was thinking it might supplement my lab work. Go in, break something, grab the book, fix it, learn to read the commands, give the commands and set everything up. I like the way it's organized.
I heard OSPF is definitely a MUST KNOW for the exam

If you like the way it's organized, go for it. Everyone has diff learning styles.

Single area OSPF is necessary to pass the CCENT true. Multi area OSPF is not covered until ICND2. The command book is a great reference book for the IOS. I don't carry it around with me but it is a great tool.
