how do u categorize security jobs in Canada or USA

Hi All,
I am Egyptian.Here rarely when u say that there is any categorization in the field of security and Network.I am 7 years experience as Network and Security admin.My work is to ( configure,admin ,monitor,writing reports)for Cisco Routers,Blade chassis Switches,Cisco switches,Juniper-McAfee-Dlink Firewalls,McAfee security products on Microsoft enviroment.
I am certified the Old CCNA,CEH v8,Juniper Network IPSec VPN Implementation .
please to advise how to know my title when i am searching for jobs as i noticed that it environment is totally arranged there.Also kindly advise which certifications i must take it if i want to get a good job.
Note:unfortunately Cissp is not available in my country
