Storage API - VAAI, VASA

Hi guys,
Im looking for some good information videos really on the above subject. im doing the 5.1 exam soon and have the transignal and CBT nuggets videos and i cant really seem to find good info on this, I have read it in the Scott Lowe book but sometimes you just need to hear someone say it you know? Any help appreciated!
