Need assistance copying IE Trusted Sites/Custom Level to multiple users/stations

We have a web-app that has very specific security settings in IE. I need the trusted sites websites and custom level to be copied to specific workstations (can be by user if it is a must).
Otherwise we will have to manually apply this to 30 plus users for each of the 4 shared workstations (a single log in is not an option).
Ive done a lot of Google Fu with many different results, and none I could find referencing custom level.
