We have a NT4 domain and the helpdesk staff are all members of account operators so they can reset passwords and create users.
If one of their accounts needs a password change then it has to be done by a Domain Admin, which is ok but it would be easier if other helpdesk staff could do this.
Is there anyway that members of account orperators can reset passwords of users who are also account operators.??
Haven't been able to find anything that suggests this is possible.

Sorry - to the best of my knowledge that is not possible in an NT4 domain. AD domains have a nice "delegation" feature where you could design a work around.
Maybe someone here knows a trick or 3rd party utility for doing what you ask, but I've never heard of anything.All things are possible, only believe.
