From your requirements which aren't much I'd say the CCIE.

Windows NT MCSE. When I got that cert, I was offered a Principal Architect position as I was walking out the testing center.

I personally think the Word Fundamentals Cert is the best. Since I use Word everyday knowing how to change fonts and how to adjust page sizes for printing is something I struggled with before getting that cert.

The CCAr is pretty good, it does cost 15 000$ though

This ^^ You can find Word being used in almost every business/company. Employers will definitely appreciate a solid understanding of it.
