CCNA Routing & Switching 200-120 lab manual

I've been looking around for a manual that would cover the CCNA 200-120 Routing and Switching labs. It could be either for packet tracer or on the actual hardware. The version of Packet Tracer that I have is 5.3.3. I also have the CCNA 640-802 Network Simulator. However the 640 simulator does not seem to have the capability to create custom labs or ones from the course lab manual, so I'm left with the preconfigured labs on that.
I can find individual labs on-line but I'm looking for something that would be structured in the same format/progression that the CCNA courses would cover it. If anyone could provide a book that I could get that would have the labs or have a link that would also have that it would be appreciated.

INE have just released a workbook, similar to the ones the do for the IE level certifications.

I think you need to download the packet tracer version 6.1 with tutoriels included, it contains all the labs for the CCNA 200-120 witn progression and timer.
