Anybody memorizing RFCs?

There is a hand full of RFCs mentioned in the Cisco Press INTRO/ICND.
I was wondering if any of you memorized them for the test?

I dont particularly know which RFCs you are talking about but *most of them are fairly long. It might be helpful to understand the main points in them but to memorize is beyond most peoples ability.

Oh I am sorry, my fault for not communicating better

I meant just the numbers along w/ an idea of what they do

    Like:

    1817 CIDR
    1918 Private Addr
    1631 NAT
    etc..

Knowing the RFC numbers can be useful, but I don't think it is necessary. Ie. a question could theoretically state that a company uses an IP network scheme according to RFC 1918, but looking at the address you will recognize it as private anyway.

Though it is good to know the important ones, I didn't memorize them when I was preparing for the test.

I believe RFCs come more into play while doing your CCIE.
