Anybody memorizing RFCs?

There is a hand full of RFCs mentioned in the Cisco Press INTRO/ICND.
I was wondering if any of you memorized them for the test?

seuss_ssues Member Posts: 629I dont particularly know which RFCs you are talking about but *most of them are fairly long. It might be helpful to understand the main points in them but to memorize is beyond most peoples ability.

Oh I am sorry, my fault for not communicating better
I meant just the numbers along w/ an idea of what they do
Like:
1817 CIDR
1918 Private Addr
1631 NAT
etc.. -
Webmaster Admin Posts: 10,292 AdminKnowing the RFC numbers can be useful, but I don't think it is necessary. Ie. a question could theoretically state that a company uses an IP network scheme according to RFC 1918, but looking at the address you will recognize it as private anyway.
